How the team's open work is spread: each member with the open alerts and the open profile reviews assigned to them, plus what nobody holds. Use when the user asks who is overloaded, how work is split, or wants to rebalance or reassign an analyst's queue. A count the user may not see is null. Reassign with alert_bulk_assign / profile_bulk_assign.
